Global Visions International

Youth Programs

We are strong believers in the transformative power of participating in international volunteer work, international education and cultural exchange. A critical part of what we do is to make such life-changing experiences available to a younger audience. For over 15 years we have been running programs for school and youth groups as well as individual participants aged between 13 and 18.

Volunteering for Youth Groups, School and Under 18’s

We have taken some incredible locations all over the world and created specially designed projects for young adults (aged 15 to 17), a perfect blend of volunteering, cultural and adventure activities.

Using only world-class leaders, chosen for their mix of experience in the field and ability to mentor and inspire we allow groups and individuals the chance to make a real difference while experiencing everything their chosen country has to offer.

Academic Year or Semester Abroad

Studying abroad isn’t just for higher education students. A year or semester spent studying abroad during school is the perfect way for young people to gain the international perspective, life skills, independence, and maturity that could make the difference when seeking admission to top universities or indeed for a lifelong, fulfilling career.

Students are placed with host families, attend a local school, make life long friends and learn about different cultures and themselves. Students may attend for a full academic year, a semester or trimester. We also offer shorter summer based language and Cultural Immersion Programmes for those who cannot attend for a full 3 months.
